Beautiful Ages Foundation was created to ensure that older adults continue to learn, grow, and thrive at every stage of life.
Through hands-on STEM experiences, wellness enrichment, and caregiver support, we help seniors maintain cognitive engagement, independence, and social connection.
Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, our foundation is committed to expanding innovative aging programs that honor dignity, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

Meet Our Founder
Shaunisha Thompson, Executive Director & FounderShaunisha Thompson is a senior care leader and visionary dedicated to transforming how older adults experience aging. With extensive experience in adult day services, memory care, and enrichment programming, she founded Beautiful Ages to bridge the gap between traditional senior services and innovative, engagement-focused care.Her mission is simple but powerful: every older adult deserves opportunities to learn, connect, and thrive in every season of life.
Our Growing Impact
Beautiful Ages Foundation is building scalable programs designed to reach older adults across Pennsylvania and beyond.Our initial goals include:
• Serving 50+ older adults annually through STEM and enrichment programs
• Providing weekly hands-on learning opportunities
• Supporting family caregivers with education and resources
• Expanding community partnerships throughout Allegheny CountyAs funding grows, Beautiful Ages Foundation will expand services to reach even more seniors in need of innovative, dignity-centered programming.
